Arby's quality has more to be desired.. Used to be really good but they have lost that Home Of The Roast Beef Sandwich reputation..

Amazing and friendly staff. Food is always perfect have never had a messed up order. Didn't even have my drinks filled and my food was ready to go. They are fast, professional, and extremely well ran. Hats off to the manger and staff.

Love the Swiss bacon chicken. Yum. Prices a bit high for me,but love the food. So I make it a special treat once in awhile.

I had a weird request. ..I wanted a couple of the Greek gyros but not on the pita. They gave it the old college try, asking me how they should give it to me. I suggested a box or bowl and that was what they did. They did pretty well (only forgot the sauce) but it obviously the them for a loop and slowed them down. I'm going to try again eventuality (because no carb fast food is hard to find) but will probably try going in to the counter. I do appreciate them trying.

We were surprised to see this location open at 8:00 pm on Christmas Eve. We came in and ate and it was delicious as always. Thank you staff members for being open - Merry Christmas. We don’t think you should be open this late next year for Christmas Eve so if the higher ups see this.... your customers won’t be upset if you close around 4-5 on Christmas Eve like most others do.

Love their brisket and curly cheesy fries they have so many good deals all the time fresh and hot when you ask

Very much like Arby's they have a pretty varied offering all things considered. Considering its fast food it's not a very health conscious choice but good for an occasional stop. Always fast a friendly service at this location, dine-in or drive through.

I have always loved Aby's since I was a kid and have never had a bad experience. The staff at this location are very friendly and the food is always fresh. I love the variety of sandwiches but my favorite is the French Dip.

Service was slow and the employees were not motivated to help customers. Once we received the food we were happy with the taste and quality. If your looking for something other than a burger in Albany this would be a good place to try.

Good food but the price is nearly double what it should be. Even with an increase in the minimum wage it's over priced.

Good food. Got there 10 minutes before closing and they were kind enough to let us eat inside anyway. Restaurant was clean and staff was quite friendly.

I love this place. I've been coming her since I was very young when my mom would take us 4 a special lunch once a month. I come here it holds special memories 4 me.

If you don't like Arby's roast beef sandwiches you are not a true American. Nothing says yum like processed thinly sliced roast beef served on a caramelized sesame seed roll top with your choice of horseradish or Tangy Arby's sauce. And you have room left don't forget to try the jamocha shake. The perfect blend of coffee and chocolate served in a shake so thick you have to eat with a spoon.

Did not buy anything. Just stop to use the restroom. But, very clean, good vibe. Also, they had a customer service bell by the exit door. You ring it when you like their service. Pretty 😎. I had to do it.. I rang it and one of the employees yelled out yeeeeehawww!!!👏👏👏 This is a plus. Didn't have to ask for a key for the restrooms 👍👍👍. TY

Like the food. Not the prices. I miss 5 for 500 now it's 1 for 5 bucks.

For fast food, this Arby's is the best! The food is fast, fresh and good. It's rare that they ever make a mistake on an order, but when they do, they do everything they can to make it right. The staff are very friendly.
